1. Services
Junk Bandits LLC provides junk removal, house cleanouts, appliance removal, hot tub removal, construction debris removal, and light demolition services to customers in Circle Pines, Minnesota and the surrounding north metro communities. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service where performing the work would be unsafe or unlawful, including for materials we are not permitted to transport.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are non-binding unless confirmed in writing. Final pricing may vary based on the scope of work, volume and weight of materials, site conditions, access, disposal fees, or unforeseen circumstances discovered at the time of service. Pricing is confirmed with you before work begins.
3. Payments
This website does not collect payments. All payments are handled outside the website. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in lawful collection actions.
4. Appointments and Access
The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the items or structures being removed. Pets should be secured and hazards identified before the crew arrives. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
5. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this website.
